An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic individual to join an IT Support company as an Information Communication Technician (ICT) Level 3 Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone passionate about IT, eager to develop technical skills, and ready to support the digital operations of a growing business.

Duties
Provide first-line technical support to staff and end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, mobile devices, and printers
Support the management and deployment of operating systems and application software
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and telephony systems
Assist with cyber security tasks and participating in IT security awareness initiatives
Handle data backup and recovery procedures
Create and update technical documentation and user guides
Deliver excellent customer service both in-person and remotely
Collaborate with IT colleagues and other departments to solve problems and improve services

ELIGIBILITY
Living in the North East area of England (County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland, South Tyneside, and Sunderland)
Employed, self-employed, career changers, returners to work or unemployed within the last 12 months.
Have the right to live and work in the UK.
Have access to a reliable internet connection with a PC/ Laptop.
