Dispatcher role:
- Coordinate and oversee all services attending to the aircraft, including catering, fuelling, cleaning, baggage loading, and passenger services.
- Ensure accurate load planning, weight and balance calculations for wide-body aircraft.
- Liaise effectively with airline flight crews, airport personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation.
