The Cyber & Network Support Technician will play a key role in supporting clients with first-line technical issues, basic cyber-security tasks, and routine network troubleshooting.

KEY DUTIES Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including diagnosing and resolving common faults Support cyber - security monitoring tasks, identifying potential vulnerabilities and escalating risks Assist in routine network troubleshooting, configuration, and securing of devices and systems Support the implementation of cyber - security best practices to protect systems and data from unauthorised access Carry out basic cybersecurity testing and document findings Log and document all support activities in line with internal processes.
