We are recruiting for Traffic Management Operative to earn up to £12.60 per hour.
The Traffic Management Operative sits at the heart of everything we and you will be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment on low-speed roads.
- Undertaking traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
- Maintenance of temporary traffic lights.
- Helping and guiding new trainees.

- Unit 2 or M1 / M2 qualified as a minimum.
- Knowledge of Chapter 8.
- Able to pass a safety critical worker medical.
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Positive “can-do” attitude.

- Welcoming visitors to the site.
- Dealing with any queries & offer additional information regarding the sites procedures.
