Tech Customer Service Advisor

Whether it’s a straightforward question or something that requires more time and ownership, you’ll be there to support customers every step of the way. No specific experience is required. As long as you are naturally helpful, calm under pressure, and able to build strong relationships, full training will be provided. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Living in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield or South Yorkshire. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying potential security issues * Good communication skills to effectively document and report security findings Sound like you?
