This role provides a solid foundation for anyone seeking a career in HR within a professional environment. As the HR Administration Apprentice, you will support their HR team with essential administrative tasks, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and provide support across all areas of HR. KEY DUTIES * Assist with maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring all files are accurate and up-to-date. * Coordinate interview schedules, assist with job postings, and support the onboarding process for new hires. * Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other HR documentation under guidance. * Input data into the HR information system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Assist with ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to, supporting compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Support the organisation of training sessions and monitor training records. * Provide general administrative support, including answering HR-related queries, managing HR inboxes, and helping with ad-hoc tasks as required by the HR team.
