This will include booking, re-scheduling and cancelling appointments on a booking system.
We are looking for good communicators, who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a high regard for efficiency and accuracy. You will have a polite and professional telephone manner, the ability to empathise with the caller whilst respecting and understanding their needs at all times.\\n\\nCustomer Service Advisor pay:\\n\\nΒ£23,809.50 per annum
