Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, training matters, payroll, disciplinary matters, etc.
- Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviews, salary proposals, onboarding process/orientation, and exit interviews.
- Manage employees’ matters in areas of grievances, training programmes, appraisals for annual increments, and performance bonuses.
- HR administrative duties including preparation of all HR related letters, work pass applications for renewal and cancellation, insurance, maintaining P-Files, and HR documentation.
- Build rapport, engage, and sustain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure company regulations and practices are relevant to the Employment Acts and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR benefits and compensation matters, performance management, and improvement of internal HR processes.
- Administer and update staff database on a timely basis (Times Soft).
- Update E-cirtrix e-portal and MHC e-portal for staff movement.
- Verify MHC invoices for medical check-ups and medical claims.
- Check schedule for staff attendance.
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
- Liaise closely with brand managers on schedules, leave applications, and staff matters.
- Keep track of all employees’ leave records (AL, Sick leave) and update to Timesoft.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and other related human resource reports.
- Manage all workmen injury compensation claims and medical claims.
- Prepare staff appraisal forms for staff confirmation.
- Prepare and issue birthday vouchers to staff.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by HRM.
