Position Overview

We’re seeking a results‑focused, innovative, self‑driven and well‑qualified individual to join our team as a Material Handler. The role requires communication across departments regarding raw materials, QC, and batch manufacturing information.

  • Handle all material transfers in the E1 system.
  • Physically move raw materials, parts, and finished goods to their appropriate location.
  • Stage parts and raw materials within E1 and physically within warehouse areas and at workstations.
  • Stage finished goods within E1 and physically in finished‑good staging areas for daily shipments.
  • Coordinate all materials as assigned by department managers in conjunction with the Production Manager.
  • Load oven with raw material for scheduled work and transfer materials electronically.
  • Monitor Kanban cards to ensure purchasing is aware of material reorder points.
  • Handle and organize hazardous and non‑hazardous waste collection areas in accordance with current EH&S policies.

Qualifications

  • Must demonstrate computer skills; experience with E1 is a plus.
  • High‑school graduate or equivalent.
  • Work experience in material processing required.
  • Qualified to operate powered material‑handling equipment and handle hazardous and non‑hazardous waste.
  • Good mathematical and organizational skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills, confidentiality, and good judgment.
  • Competent in driving a forklift.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass the physical for driving a box truck.

Compensation and Hours

Compensation: $22 per hour.

Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of our company's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of our company's total compensation packages for employees.
