The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive People & Culture Executive to join our dynamic global agency. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Global HR Manager across a wide range of HR, culture, and office operations tasks. You will be at the heart of our people function, helping to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with our global offices in the US and GCC, gaining valuable international experience. As this is a newly created role, there is real scope to build on what is already in place and bring fresh ideas. This is an administrative position with plenty of room to grow, offering the opportunity to get involved in a variety of HR and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global HR Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Global HR Manager across a range of HR functions
  • Manage the recruitment inbox and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and systems setup
  • Respond to routine HR queries
  • Assist with global visa applications and right-to-work checks
  • Manage the intern and volunteer programme
  • Support the performance review process by scheduling key dates, sending reminders, and keeping records up to date
  • Oversee holiday and leave requests through the tracking system
  • Support the implementation of a new HRIS system and update employee records
  • Conduct regular research into employee benefits
  • Update our company intranet with new joiners and leavers
  • Handle confidential employee data in compliance with data protection regulations
  • Culture & Employee Engagement
    • Assist in developing and delivering employee engagement initiatives
    • Coordinate learning and development opportunities, including scheduling training sessions
    • Support with mental health and wellbeing policies and initiatives
    • Help plan and execute company events and monthly social activities
    • Contribute to and help develop diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
    • Create and manage engagement surveys and feedback
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with universities for student placements
  • Operational Support
    • Oversee office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers
    • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and liaise with building management
    • Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations
    • Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Director on ad hoc tasks and project work
