The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Account Executive to join the travel team. This is a fast-paced role supporting the team on global client accounts. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills and an existing network of media contacts.

Responsibilities
Public Relations
- Build and maintain strong press and influencer relationships through regular communication and meetings
- Research and stay informed on target media, influencers and potential client opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date media and influencer lists and databases
- Meet monthly KPIs for meetings with journalists, influencers, brands and industry contacts
- Take ownership of and successfully deliver small projects as directed by your manager
- Proactively research forthcoming media features through regular contact with press
- Develop, monitor and update awards lists, sharing deadlines and announcements with the team
- Regularly read relevant publications to identify media slots and opportunities
Client Relations
- Act as a client-facing contact and build strong working relationships
- Meet with clients as required
- Support the Account Manager by preparing meeting materials, agendas and reports
- Produce high-quality monthly reports, ready for review with minimal amendments
- Ensure each client receives sufficient attention to meet agreed objectives and KPIs
- Secure consistent monthly coverage for each client in line with individual KPIs
- Fact-check, proofread and distribute press and social coverage to clients in a timely manner
- Write clear, accurate and well-presented press releases and pitches for manager sign-off
Management & Administration
- Implement company practices and maintain effective systems
- Carry out administrative duties including phones, diaries, research, logistics and filing
- Organise product and sample send-outs where required
- Manage workload effectively to meet team and client deadlines
- Communicate clearly and transparently with the team and attend weekly meetings
- Oversee the day-to-day activity of junior team members, interns or assistants
- Produce meeting minutes and action lists within 24 hours of client meetings
- Support AEs and AAs during absences, including administrative and reporting tasks
- Contribute research and insight to new business presentations, partnership decks and client strategies
