The Opportunity
Junior Account Executives (Content) are responsible for creating and delivering engaging digital content across social media and other digital channels, including captions, posts, and basic web copy where required. They will support the development and maintenance of each client’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all written outputs through writing, editing, and proofreading. The role also includes supporting day-to-day account delivery, reporting, and content execution, working closely with Account Managers and the Head of Digital.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimise copy for search and performance
- A foundational understanding of user experience (UX) and how copy interacts with website architecture and design
- Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands, industries, and audiences
- Strong research skills with the ability to quickly understand new topics and sectors
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities:
Content & Copywriting
- Interpret briefs and produce clear, engaging, on-brand copy across social and digital channels
- Draft, edit, and proofread caption copy, social content, and basic web/landing page copy where required
- Adapt tone of voice across different clients, industries, and audiences
- Ensure consistency with brand voice and style guidelines
- Support content planning and wider content strategy execution
- Research client sectors, audiences, trends, and cultural moments to inform content
- Apply basic SEO and best practices to improve content reach and performance
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platforms, and cultural developments
- Collaborate with design and account teams to align copy with creative and user journey
Account & Digital Support
- Schedule monthly content plans and maintain accurate posting trackers
- Manage manual posting and paid boosting in line with guidelines
- Produce monthly organic and paid performance reports for clients
- Support daily community management, including engagement and responses
- Assist with influencer management and 360° campaign activations
- Contribute to account administration (agendas, notes, action tracking)
- Maintain trackers and general account organisation across streams
- Support reporting and wider account delivery tasks
- Assist senior team members to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery
General
To maintain a deep awareness of social media trends and deliver regular content for the social media accounts.
