We are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient Kitchen Porter to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, supporting the culinary team in delivering a seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
  • Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen tools.
  • Assist in the general cleaning of kitchen surfaces and floors.
  • Collect and remove kitchen waste and recycling.
  • Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items.
