Join our dynamic team as a floor manager at our new chic bar, specialising in cocktails, cicchetti, and pizzas. In this role, you will ensure excellent customer service and manage the dining experience to meet our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Oversee the waiting staff, ensuring they provide attentive service and adhere to company protocols.
- Assist with the coordination of table settings and decor to enhance the dining atmosphere.
- Support the GM in developing service standards and training new waitstaff.
- Monitor inventory levels of dining supplies and place orders as needed.
