Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Oversee the waiting staff, ensuring they provide attentive service and adhere to company protocols.
• Assist with the coordination of table settings and decor to enhance the dining atmosphere.
• Support the GM in developing service standards and training new waitstaff.
• Monitor inventory levels of dining supplies and place orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a high-quality dining environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
• Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
