The predicted salary is between 28800 - 31200 £ per year.
As a Cocktail Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of our chic new bar. Your role will include ensuring the highest standards in drink quality and customer service, as well as managing staff and bar resources efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the bar team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest standard, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste control.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and special events.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bar management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully and efficiently.
Employment: Full-time
Salary: £13.85 – £15 hourly
