As a Cocktail Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of our new bar.
Your role will include ensuring the highest standards in drink quality and customer service, as well as managing staff and bar resources efficiently.
You will be in charge of innovation, drinks design, staff training, stock take and ordering.
