Sous Chef to join our team at Baccalà Seafood & Wine on Bermondsey Street, London.

At Baccalà, we're an independent Italian seafood restaurant built around seasonal ingredients, artisanal Italian wines and genuine hospitality.

Nearly seven years after opening our doors, the same four founders are still here, working alongside the team every day.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, enjoys working in a close-knit kitchen and wants to be part of an independent restaurant where quality comes first.
