BACB is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Payroll Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, payroll, and recruitment for the Bank.

You will be the first contact for HR-related queries from colleagues and external partners, and will manage HR administration, onboarding, and payroll processes.

You will oversee a HR & Payroll Administrator, provide leadership, and collaborate with HRBPs and line managers on recruitment.

The role is hybrid with on-site and home-working arrangements in London.
