The Regional Strategy Director is a trusted advisor to the Regional President and the European Leadership Team.

It combines the responsibilities of a head of strategy and internal advisor.

The role is both highly analytical and execution-oriented, requiring the ability to convert strategic vision into measurable business outcomes across multiple countries and functions.

The role leads the development, execution of the regional strategy, identifies growth opportunities, aligns data analytics with commercial goal, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives across European markets.

The position combines strategic thinking, financial acumen, operational understanding, and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning
  • Lead development of the European regional strategy aligned with global priorities/Best10 strategy
  • Facilitate annual and multi-year strategic planning processes.
  • Supports Reg. President & SVP Commercial to translate global priorities into regional action plans and execution roadmaps.
  • Business Performance
  • Sets the agenda & rigor for performance reviews against strategic objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support quarterly business reviews with data-driven insights.
  • Partners with Commercial Growth to evaluate expansion into new countries, segments, or channels.
