Join us in London as a key member of the Customer Marketing team in one of Europe’s biggest markets. You will play a pivotal role in the On Trade Channel, implementing the BTL channel strategy with partner customers and driving the Winning In Key Cities (WIKC) strategy for London.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the BTL strategy for WIKC/Hotspots in a defined geography, delivering execution aligned to brand strategy and maximizing return for guests, customers and brands.
  • Identify gaps and evolve toolkits to deliver the required level of personalization while staying aligned to brand priorities and core jobs.
  • Own the activation agenda for a defined range of customers, partnering with Sales & Advocacy.
  • Build long‑term relationships with key strategic customers, internally and externally.
  • Contribute to the IAP cycle, bringing a WIKC/Hotspot perspective to BTL discussions.
  • Maximise ROI from A&P, setting clear objectives for all investment decisions and evaluating outcomes in a timely manner, including GTN spend.
  • Amplify ‘Gold’ activations and collaborate cross‑functionally to elevate brand‑building execution.
  • Manage A&P budgets, including phasing and invoice/PO processes.
  • Act as a business partner for priority customers, owning the BTL activity proposal for customer tenders.

Skills & Experience

  • Channel expert with deep knowledge of priority customers and how to win through partnership.
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence across functions.
  • Energetic, action‑oriented, comfortable making decisions and driving agendas forward.
  • Self‑starter who thrives under pressure, deals with ambiguity and pursues results.
  • Excellent presentation skills and adaptability to audiences.
  • Fluent command of English (essential).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within Marketing or Commercial On Trade, delivering customer activations, events or Advocacy programs.
  • Experience within the Spirits and/or Beverage industry is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of the channel acquired by working directly with key customers in a Marketing or Commercial capacity.
  • Proven track record of positive stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to Bacardi Way Of Growth for Marketing, building brands sustainably and effectively.
