YOUR OPPORTUNITY

You will be an integral part of the Off Trade Channel Family, shaping our success by creating and executing compelling JBPs with your customer. You will have full P&L ownership, managing all variables to deliver the plan (commercial, marketing, supply chain, etc.). With a founder’s mentality, you will challenge the status quo and drive positive change within your account and the wider team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver the JBP – price, promotion, distribution, feature, NPD and brand content, to have a best-in-class execution plan.
  • Look beyond the outline trading plan and pursue new opportunities or ways of working to strengthen both the relationship and performance with your account.
  • Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply chain, and other teams where appropriate.
  • Develop and nurture core internal and external relationships required to deliver the plan, including S&O forecasting.
  • Activate our brands within your account ensuring they show up above and beyond the competition and excite shoppers and consumers.
  • Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes such as monthly performance reviews and annual Bottom-Up Plan creation.
  • Complete pre- and post-evaluation of promotions and activities.
  • Take a leadership role within the team and inspire the desire to build the team’s overall capability through training, coaching, best practice, and knowledge sharing.
