About You

Responsibilities

  • Driving Brand Performance: Responsible for day-to-day performance of PATRÓN business in key markets – the UK, Spain, France (85% of time) - partnering with local Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Optimising Through the Line & Commercial Brand Plans: Ensure local commercial plans are executed with excellence and in full alignment with consumer agenda & brand objectives.
  • Perfecting Commercial Influence: Partner with local market sales leadership and contribute to the development of local market brand and commercial/channel plans.
  • Ensuring Reporting & Analytics Delivery: Lead the organisation and completion of monthly review meetings; leveraging the Patrón Dashboard.
  • Keeping Patrón Perfect: Present as the local champion for communication, alignment and delivery of the Keep PATRÓN Process.
  • Inspire and Influence Across Functions: Ability to influence at various levels of the brand and sales organisation.
  • Founders Mentality Management & Coaching: Support and coach local market brand, sales and trade activation on Keep PATRÓN Perfect brand fundamentals.
  • Accelerating Advocacy & Education: Collaborate with market advocacy function on key PATRÓN educational & engagement programs.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of luxury and/or super premium spirits industry experience.
  • Great commercial acumen, analytical & execution skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Prior line management experience and track record of coaching.
  • Global volume consumer goods & drinks experience preferred.
  • Ability to build strong trusting partnerships across all stakeholders.
  • A depth of leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated understanding of business performance drivers.
  • Language skills: Fluent English; Fluency in Spanish and/or French is an advantage.
