RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to partner with key customers by building outstanding relationships in the Premium and Influencer On Trade outlets, understanding their needs, their local consumer, and developing and executing solutions. Deliver on key selling metrics: Brand Distribution, Visibility in outlet, New Business, Promotion, and Financial Targets. Develop and manage the sales and promotional brand plans for your specialist customer base as aligned to Commercial priorities. Work in partnership with customers, acting as business contact to deliver 360 solutions, resolving all questions/issues. Responsible for winning new premium business listings, retaining and growing existing business. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to bring our amazing brands to life, through hosting prestige events and executing ‘best in class’ brand activations. Monitor and evaluate promotional activities against budget, conducting ROI analysis.

SKILLS

  • Experience in Sales and Premium On Trade / Retail / Hospitality Sector desired.
  • Activation experience would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery (results and/or achievements).
  • Strong (social) networking / interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
  • Well-developed communication / presentation skills (Active Listening).
