YOUR OPPORTUNITY
To contribute in building of procurement policy and process, sourcing strategies for different categories in order to maximize the quality and value that Bacardi procurement is delivering to our businesses. Ensure efficient implementation of the category and sourcing strategies with the Regional Procurement team and the business partners. Work on targets aligned with the main pillars of the global procurement strategy: A) Securing supply sustainably; B) at Benchmark Cost; and C) Value beyond cost.

About You
You have procurement experience in Indirect procurement categories of 8+ years, and another category experience is seen as a plus. You lead and inspire, creating trust and an inclusive team environment. You are a skilled communicator and are able to influence other functions and stakeholders while being an enabler and a promoter. Adaptable across business functions and able to work with some degree of ambiguity. You evaluate options and risks with strong bias to action. You embrace change and foster collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Source to Contract procurement process for S4 Hana Transformation, manage negotiations and relationships with key global tech suppliers.
  • Lead the SAP S4 Hana implementation from a procurement perspective. This role will have an indirect reporting line into the S4 implementation team.
  • Manage the relationship with various stakeholders and the TLT to integrate Procurement plans to business requirements.
  • Business Engagement. Manage the needs and expectations of the Business to drive satisfaction while ensuring compliance to procurement standards and alignment with procurement strategies.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to ensure cross-category saving targets are achieved, and value for money and efficiencies are secured for the business.
  • Supplier Relationship Management. Lead key interactions with critical suppliers including relationship building, data review and analysis, performance management, problem solving and reliability improvement.
  • Conduct markets analysis, run tender processes, use data analysis and conduct negotiations with effective use of technology required across the function.
  • Collect and analyse spend and market data in support of procurement strategies and proactively use that to identify and drive through to conclusion new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of supply market and trends across different categories.
  • ESG. Helps to drive Bacardi ESG targets and ensure Bacardi external partners adhere to them.
  • Support Procurement Strategy, Insights and Excellence team to build Digital Roadmap for Procurement support tools.
  • Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of procurement technologies and contracts. This includes managing system upgrades, ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies and providing support to the procurement team.
  • Serve as the Global Process Lead for procurement, accountable for harmonization, continuous improvement, and governance of end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Support with the Source to Pay project by identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance cost efficiencies. Additionally, support the rollout of the procurement digital tools.

SKILLS

  • Experience managing Technology Procurement category with 4+ years experience. Cross-functional experiences are also valued. Experience managing vendors such as SAP, Microsoft and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of the Procurement process end to end.
  • Experience with Coupa or Ariba implementation aligned with S4 Hana.
  • Experienced in SAP S4 Hana implementation. At least supported one SAP S4 implementation.
  • Analytical skills to perform spend analysis in support of sourcing strategy development.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to build strong connections with key stakeholders (notably Tech Leadership & Procurement Leadership teams).
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership experience in leading cross-functional/international projects.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Be key point of contact as part of S4 Implementation project as Procurement global process lead (GPL).
  • Great presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and understand differing needs of stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Proficiency with core Procurement skills (e.g. Supplier Management and Performance, Supply Market Analysis, Negotiation, Cost Modelling, Category Management).
  • Expected 8+ years in procurement or supply chain positions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English; any other language would be an asset.
  • Technical skills: SAP, BI, Excel.
