YOUR CHALLENGE
You will be the feetâonâtheâstreet champion for Bacardi's Agave portfolio, focused on discovering and qualifying new OnâTrade opportunities in London. You will drive the performance and growth of PatrĂłn Tequila & Ilegal Mezcal through searching for new business and supporting the execution of existing business.
About You
You love the energy of the onâtrade and have a real passion for Agave and cocktail culture. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role. You recognise the importance of relationships and work hard to build them. Most importantly, you are entrepreneurial, driven to find new opportunities, and motivated to accelerate our agave portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proâactively scout and identify new onâtrade opportunities for our agave portfolio across London.
- Responsible for generating new leads and supporting bringing our brands to life in priority outlets.
- Build strong relationships with decisionâmakers to understand needs, concept and consumer profile.
- Deliver on key selling metrics: brand distribution, visibility in outlet, new business, promotional and financial targets.
- Work in partnership with customers, acting as business contact to deliver 360 solutions, resolving all questions/issues.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with Sales, Wholesale, Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to bring our agave brands to life execute 'best in class' brand activations.
- Monitor and evaluate promotional activities against budget, conducting ROI analysis.

- Experience in Sales and Premium OnâTrade / Hospitality Sector. Activation experience would be beneficial.
- Proven track record of performance and delivery.
