RESPONSIBILITIES:
WITH THE CONSUMER AT HEART, YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:
- Business Partnering
Act as HR business partner for assigned teams. Provide coaching and counselling in the areas of policy interpretation and review, staffing, compensation. Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented. Demonstrated ability to teach, instruct, and consult with others. Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems. Knowledge of compensation and benefits legislations, principles, policies and practices. Strong knowledge of Employment Law and regulations. Strong analytical mindset; able to draw conclusions from reports and action plan based on data. Effective and resourceful candidate sourcing for various levels of positions. Ability to work within a highly confidential environment with professionalism.
The following experiences are preferred:
- Experience in the Spirits and/or FMCG industry is a distinct advantage.
- Experience working with unionized or operational environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.

- Innovative, forward-thinking, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
