YOUR OPPORTUNITY

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Staff Shop, ensuring excellent customer service across both the physical shop and online fulfilment service. As part of a small team, you will act as the focal point for all Staff Shop activities, managing orders, stock, product allowances and enquiries while maintaining accurate records and inventory controls.

You are organised, customer focused and highly detail oriented.

You are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, from processing orders and maintaining stock accuracy to handling customer queries and administering employee product allowances.

You can work independently, take ownership of issues through to resolution and maintain high standards of accuracy when working with systems, inventory and financial information.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience across the Staff Shop and online fulfilment service.
  • Process Primo purchases, online orders, pick slips and order documentation.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch orders, including arranging transport and managing order notifications.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage product allowances and maintain employee records within Staff Shop systems.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, process inventory adjustments and support stock reconciliation activities.
  • Manage product listings and ensure product, pricing and stock information remains accurate.
  • Monitor damaged and recharge orders, ensuring records are maintained and actions completed.
  • Maintain records and documentation in line with audit, compliance and operational requirements.
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures and support continuous improvement of Staff Shop operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Good digital skills with the ability to operate computer-based ordering systems (Shopify and courier interface).
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, retail or stock management environment is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work mornings and evenings as needed.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
