YOUR CHALLENGE You will be a trusted partner, providing guidance and support to all UK Supply based Primos on all local HR policy matters. Whilst providing direct business partnering for more complex HR matters for specific teams. The Junior HR Business Partner owns and acts as champion for our unique culture, driving programs that bring this alive. You will act as the primary interface between local HR and global HR Shared Services, taking ownership of all People data and our full Benefits program.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trusted partner for UK Supply Primos, providing HR operational support to all UK Supply based primos in people related and organizational matters.
- Promotes Best‑Practice ways of working across HR policies and facilitates the resolution of people‑related conflicts and issues; ensures ongoing service excellence through timely issue resolution and execution.
- Cultural ambassador, living, breathing and driving our core cultural pillars and Belonging@Bacardi across all UK sites.
- Ownership of UK people data across 8 sites in global HRIS (Workday).
- Provide appropriate analysis and reporting to ensure effective insights are available.
- UK support for local and global benefits program administration (e.g., pension, healthcare, wellness platform, annual bonus and salary increase).
- Provides support to the HR Business Partners and UK HR Lead in all HR Administration and employee relations activities.
- Assist with monthly payroll execution in conjunction with Shared Services partners and external vendors.
- Full responsibility for coordination and submission of PSA (PAYE Settlement Agreement) information to HMRC.
- Support Talent Acquisition process for both local and global roles based in the UK, coordinating between hiring manager, candidates and Talent team.
- Full process from advert to hire and onboarding and beyond.
- Provide more detailed and complex support as a business partner to specific teams as part of the HRBP team.
SKILLS
- University degree in Business Administration, HR or related function preferred.
- 2+ years experience in a Human Resources/Benefits function.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with individuals at all levels in the organization.
- Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
- Financial or budget management skills a plus.
- Independent thinker, strong business savvy and judgment to make independent decisions.
- Aptitude in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create professional presentations.
- Strong analytic skills with ability to pull and synthesize data into meaningful summaries.
