You are the face of Bacardi, bringing our brands to life in bars, clubs, restaurants and venues by building brilliant relationships with customers and driving performance and growth.
About You
You are a fun, passionate, driven and target-oriented team player. Strong communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills are essential, and you feel at home in the On-Trade, advocating our brands and putting the consumer at the heart.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to build outstanding relationships in the On-Trade, understanding their needs and local consumer.
- Develop winning 360-degree account plans with prioritised customers and execute best-in-class commercial brand plans.
- Deliver on key selling metrics: brand distribution, visibility in outlets, new business, promotion and financial targets.
- Develop and manage the sales plan for your area based on commercial priorities.
- Complete outlet surveys at all customer visits and work in partnership to deliver excellence in execution.
- Win new business, retain and grow existing business.
- Collaborate across functions – Marketing, Brand Ambassadors, Field Sales Execution, Sales Planning, Finance – to ensure best delivery against Bacardi sales KPIs.
- Analyse and process promotional activities and budgets, incorporating ROI analysis.
- Support and inspire colleagues to step-change executional excellence and customer management.
Skills & Experience
- 1 year of FMCG sales experience preferred; On- or Off-Trade management in spirits or beverage industry a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery (results and achievements).
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, planning and time-management skills.
- Well-developed communication & presentation skills (active listening).
- Creative thinking.
