Supporting the Senior Commercial Operations Analyst, youâll drive simplification, consistency, and standardisation to empower the UK and its frontline teams to operate more effectively. This role will play a key part in designing and implementing a multiâmarket âBacardi Wayâ strategy across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing CRM systems and commercial planning tools (Anaplan, Salesforce).
- Ensuring system integrity by proactively identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with sales and technology teams.
- Supporting marketâspecific system requests in line with serviceâlevel agreements.
- Handling inquiries and issues via the shared Commercial Operations inbox.
- Maintaining and optimising weekly and monthly reports.
- Developing dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Extracting, cleaning, and analysing data to support commercial decisionâmaking.
- Generating insights and recommendations to drive growth and efficiency.
- Monitoring commercial performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Identifying gaps in data and processes, proposing innovative solutions.
- Collaborating crossâfunctionally to implement process improvements.
