Your Opportunity As a Commercial Operations Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a consistent view of business performance and generating actionable insights for our commercial teams. Supporting the Senior Commercial Operations Analyst, you’ll drive simplification, consistency, and standardisation to empower the UK and its frontline teams to operate more effectively. This role will play a key part in designing and implementing a multi‑market “Bacardi Way” strategy across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing CRM systems and commercial planning tools (Anaplan, Salesforce).
  • Ensuring system integrity by proactively identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with sales and technology teams.
  • Supporting market‑specific system requests in line with service‑level agreements.
  • Handling inquiries and issues via the shared Commercial Operations inbox.
  • Maintaining and optimising weekly and monthly reports.
  • Developing dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Extracting, cleaning, and analysing data to support commercial decision‑making.
  • Generating insights and recommendations to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Monitoring commercial performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identifying gaps in data and processes, proposing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally to implement process improvements.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making.
