Bacardi is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in the United Kingdom to act as a trusted partner for assigned teams.

You will coach on policy interpretation, staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management and engagement, while handling employee relations and liaising with unions.

You will support organizational capability, talent development, succession planning and change initiatives, building capability programs, diversity initiatives and a strong employee experience.
