Responsibilities
- Partner with key customers by building outstanding relationships in the Premium and Influencer On Trade outlets, understanding their needs, local consumer and developing and executing solutions.
- Deliver on key selling metrics: Brand Distribution, Visibility in outlet, New Business, Promotion and Financial Targets.
- Develop and manage the sales and promotional brand plans for your specialist customer base as aligned to Commercial priorities.
- Work in partnership with customers, acting as business contact to deliver 360 solutions, resolving all questions/issues.
- Responsible for winning new premium business listings, retaining and growing existing business.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to bring our amazing brands to life, through hosting prestige events and executing “best in class” brand activations.
- Monitor and evaluate promotional activities against budget, conducting ROI analysis.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Sales and Premium On Trade / Retail / Hospitality Sector desired.
- Activation experience would be beneficial.
- Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery (results and/or achievements).
- Strong (social) networking / interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
- Creative Thinking.
