WHAT DOES A PRESTIGE ACCOUNT MANAGER DO? You partner with the key influencers in the On Trade. You bring our brands to life in top end Prestige Restaurants, by building brilliant relationships and working in partnership with our customers. You drive the performance and growth of Bacardi’s brands through searching for new business, driving distribution and connecting with the consumer.
ABOUT YOU You are all about Prestige, Trends and the On Trade. Your entrepreneurial style means that you will thrive on being the key contact for our ‘influencer’ customers, driving new business, distribution and maintaining sustainable relationships. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role. You recognise the importance of relationships and work hard to build them. Most importantly, you feel at home in the top end of the On Trade, advocating our brands and putting the consumer at the heart.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with key customers by building outstanding relationships in the Premium and Influencer On Trade outlets, understanding their needs, their local consumer and developing and executing solutions.
- Deliver on key selling metrics: Brand Distribution, Visibility in outlet, New Business, Promotion and Financial Targets.
- Develop and manage the sales and promotional brand plans for your specialist customer base as aligned to Commercial priorities.
- Work in partnership with customers, acting as business contact to deliver 360 solutions, resolving all questions/issues.
- Responsible for winning new premium business listings, retaining and growing existing business.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to bring our amazing brands to life, through hosting prestige events and executing ‘best in class’ brand activations.
- Monitor and evaluate promotional activities against budget, conducting ROI analysis.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years’ experience in Sales and Premium On Trade / Retail / Hospitality Sector desired.
- Activation experience would be beneficial.
- Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery (results and/or achievements).
- Strong (social) networking / interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
- Creative Thinking.
