Responsibilities

  • Build regional RTD strategy with the Brand Director, global and markets to plan for the next 10 years.
  • Support and lead key innovation projects across brands and RTD to accelerate growth.
  • Lead the execution of this year’s Integrated Brand Plans (IAP), coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver maximum impact activities that generate share growth and meet financial targets.
  • Collaborate with the region, global and cross‑functional teams to build next year’s IAP.
  • Plan and create consumer‑centric brand experiences aligned with the approved IAP, delivering seamless consumer journeys through BTL platforms and activities at scale.
  • Work with markets and the regional/global team to influence asset creation that works for markets and support consistency across the region.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research, commercial and financial data, and consumer behavioural analytics to identify growth insights.
  • Adopt a listen‑make‑deploy approach, staying close to the real world to deliver consumer‑centric content and monitor competition and trends.
  • Measure and evaluate brand performance and activities to continuously optimise brand spend and share best practice across markets.
  • Support the development of regional and global toolkits, localise them, write agency briefs (creative and production) and manage ongoing agency relationships.
  • Consult with and gather continuous input from key local stakeholders on brand/category plans and activities.
  • Execute BTL tools across the region with consistency and commonality between markets.
  • Drive the set‑up and execution of this year’s Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) while preparing for the next year’s plan.
  • Manage market brand P&Ls for the brands, review performance across the brands and the RTD category, create strong growth plans and scale growth drivers across the markets.
  • Accelerate the NPD pipeline for fast and scalable launches in the markets.

Skills & Experience

  • Consumer and customer brand management experience, leading various marketing projects.
  • Strong financial acumen, including reading and processing P&L statements and managing financial variables such as price and A&P.
  • Commercial and/or customer marketing experience and/or digital business experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in multiple specialty areas: BTL, digital, innovation, promotions, events, media, influencer, etc.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of yearly brand plans and projects.
  • Ability to build and lead interactions between functions to ensure plans are implemented and goals met.
  • Strong numerical, insight and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and functions (written, verbal, and presentations).
