As the Senior HR Business Partner for the UK, you will play a pivotal role in shaping people strategies across one of Bacardi’s most visible and commercially significant markets. RESPONSIBILITIES
WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:
Strategic HR Partnership
Lead the HR agenda for the UK market, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities.
Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent deployment to ensure teams are set up to win.
Act as a thought partner to commercial, marketing, finance, and operational leaders.
Talent, Capability & Leadership Development
Identify and develop critical capabilities needed for future market success.
Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development initiatives.
Coach leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors and build high‑performing teams.
Employee Experience & Culture
Foster a culture of belonging, empowerment, and performance that reflects Bacardi’s values.
Champion initiatives that enhance engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
Manage change programs with empathy, clarity, and transparency.
Employee Relations & People Operations
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters while ensuring fairness, compliance, and consistency.
Partner with Legal, Finance, and Centers of Excellence to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, policies, and organizational changes.
Business Performance
Translate business strategies into people goals with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Use data and insights to shape decision‑making, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Support reward, compensation, and performance management processes to attract and retain top talent.
SKILLS
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Proven experience (8+ years) in HR Business Partnering roles, ideally in FMCG, consumer goods, or fast‑paced commercial environments.
Strong capability in organization design, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted partnerships.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and drive outcomes with pace.
High degree of autonomy, resilience, and strategic thinking paired with operational excellence.
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
