Brand Home Hosts are at the frontline of our Brand Homes, welcoming our guests onto site and delivering exceptional Customer Service.

  • You will be trained in all areas of the
  • Brand

Home: delivering tours, making cocktails at the bar, preparing food and drinks in the cafe, presenting and hosting Gin Cocktail Masterclasses and Premium Experiences.

You will also have general daily tasks such as cleaning and re‑stocking of areas.

Weekend work is essential, and you may need to assist with events that run any day and possibly late nights.

Responsibilities Delivery of exceptional customer service, putting the consumer at the heart of all interactions.

Make and serve cocktails and host Gin Cocktail Masterclasses and Premium Experiences.

Serve guests in the Gin Shop and turn around consumer masterclasses.

Deliver the Tour Experience; welcome guests into reception; communicate brand messaging clearly.

Prepare and serve food and drinks in the café.

Help pack for e‑commerce offering.

Set up and break down the bar for events.

Replenish stock in all areas of the site.

Use the till and handle cash transactions.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health good communicator; manage time wisely.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Pro‑active and self‑motivated.
