YOUR OPPORTUNITY

This role is the Global Process Lead (GPL) for Make covering Manufacturing and Maintenance, reporting into the Global Process Owner for Make.

As the GPL for Manufacturing and Maintenance, you will work within a broader Global Transformation Process.

You will be the enterprise lead of Bacardi's global Make and Maintenance processes, with a specific mandate to drive Maintenance Excellence and Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) across manufacturing operations.

You will define, govern, and continuously improve Bacardi's end to end Make and Maintenance process architecture, ensuring it is fit for purpose, standardized, scalable, and embedded into SAP S/4HANA.

This role is critical to delivering reliable operations, asset performance, safety, quality, and cost competitiveness across Bacardi's global manufacturing network.

ABOUT YOU

You are a senior manufacturing and maintenance leader with strong shop floor credibility and a proven track record of embedding Maintenance Excellence and TPM as a way of working, not a program.

You bring enterprise level process ownership, effectively balancing global standardization with local realities while translating operational needs into SAP S/4HANA enabled execution that delivers measurable improvements in reliability, safety, cost, and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead global Manufacturing & Maintenance process ownership, including preventive, predictive, reactive, calibration, refurbishment, and continuous improvement maintenance models
  • Own global process taxonomy (L1-L3) and governance for Manufacturing & Maintenance, ensuring clarity, consistency, and performance visibility
  • Guide fit to standard process design aligned with industry leading manufacturing and TPM practices
  • Lead Manufacturing & Maintenance process design within the Transformation program, shaping the future state operating model and digital ways of working across sites
  • Develop the Connected Frontline Worker (CFW) roadmap for Manufacturing & Maintenance, including role based experiences, standard work digitization, and adoption across sites
  • Lead identification, prioritization, and delivery of high value AI and advanced analytics use cases for the shop floor (e. g., predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, quality insights, loss intelligence)
  • Partner with OT/IT/Digital teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA with shop floor systems (MES, CMMS/EAM, historians, IIo T platforms), enabling end to end visibility and decision making
  • Set standards and guardrails for AI enabled work execution on the shop floor, including human in the loop decisioning, model performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Lead the Operating Model development for global TPM strategy, embedding asset care, operator ownership, reliability engineering, and loss elimination

• Design and govern end to end TPM processes, including

  • Autonomous Maintenance (AM)
  • Planned / Preventive Maintenance (PM)
  • Focused Improvement (FI)
  • Asset & Equipment Lifecycle Management
  • Early Equipment Management (EEM)
  • Training & Capability Development

• Define global standards for

  • Asset criticality and prioritization
  • Loss analysis and elimination
  • Equipment condition monitoring and reliability centered maintenance (RCM)
  • Preventive & predictive maintenance
  • Maintenance KPIs and tiered performance management
  • Ensure TPM processes are fully integrated with Make, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and EHS processes
  • Partner with sites to transition from reactive to proactive maintenance cultures
  • Own Make and Maintenance business requirements for SAP S/4HANA (e. g., SAP PM, PPM, PP/DS integration)

• Partner with IT and system integrators to ensure

  • Clean master data structures
  • Effective maintenance planning and execution flows
  • Accurate performance and cost reporting
  • Support design decisions, testing, deployment, and adoption across waves

SKILLS

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in manufacturing and supply chain roles
  • Direct manufacturing management experience (e. g., Plant Manager, Operations Director, Engineering or Maintenance Leader)
  • Proven leadership in Maintenance Excellence and TPM
  • Prefer, hands on experience leading or supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations in manufacturing/maintenance environments
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations
  • Strong understanding of end to end manufacturing and maintenance process architecture
  • Manufacturing Leadership & Operational Credibility
  • Leverage first hand manufacturing leadership experience to ensure processes are practical, executable, and value driven
  • Act as a trusted partner to Plant Directors, Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance leaders
  • Balance global standardization with local regulatory, safety, and operational realities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement cross functional projects/programs
  • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement abilities at the executive level
