ROLE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Media Executive to join our media team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for media planning, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting media strategy, coordinating campaigns, and working with internal teams and external partners to deliver results across the Bacardi portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Media
• Support media team in development and roll out of capability programming including Media Mixology and Bacardi Way of Media.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring media campaigns across all paid media executions globally.
• Maintain campaign performance reports and dashboards – help analyse data to inform strategy and optimisation in partnership with SIA and media agency.
• Stay updated with media trends, tools, and best practices helping to create a media community within Bacardi.
• Help prepare presentations, campaign recaps, and performance reports for brand teams across each region
• Support in holistic reporting of media budgets and plans, ensuring up to date financial tracking across the fiscal.

Performance Media
• Source and perform extensive data analysis & relay category & brand insights into the retail media team across major grocers in Tier 1 markets (France, Spain, the UK).
• Work in partnership with brand teams in sourcing, adapting, and translating (where applicable) creative assets for use in retail environments, across both on and off-site environments (e.g. Meta).
• Perform creative analysis on historical campaigns with key retailers and provide recommendations informing the future creative planning process.
• Collaborate with commercial stakeholders & share latest trends & commercial outputs for use within wider retail media planning.
• Support the Senior Media & Strategy Manager in consolidating monthly ROI tracking across retail PPC activities.
• Support the purchase order process for the retail & google teams.
• Analyse ‘efficiency’ & ‘effectiveness’ of our investment on social platforms across WEUR brand activities – e.g. Double-Verify Reviews.
• Support the set-up, execution & reporting for our search campaigns across South-East-Asian retailers.
• Manage purchase order tracking and the financial reconciliation process with our agencies

The first step is submitting your application which will be reviewed by our Hiring Team.
