Fearlessly taking PatrĂłn Brand, Tequila and market insight and translating this into strategies and world class innovation, packaging design and renovation that allow our ultra-premium Tequila brand to reach greater heights

You will execute at the highest level, innovation and renovation programmes from insight to execution to P&L delivery, you deliver growth opportunities for the brand

Acting as the product / innovation “GeneralManager” of the Patrón brand, you will be accountable for driving equity, financial performance, developing world class liquids, packaging and motivating our primos around the world in marketing, commercial and supply

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Insight driven with the consumer, market and customer need at the heart. Being able to identify insights and opportunities to drive growth and share gain, in a way that is relevant, relatable and remarkable for our consumers and customers
  • Strategically savvy, building business cases, and propositions, to engage with regions, markets and leadership team.
  • Responsible and ownership of full project management of a product proposition, with high attention to detail and pushing for executional excellence at every stage,
  • Working closely, leading and inspiring a cross functional team, to develop and drive a product proposition from 5Ws, to concept, to liquid, packaging and final commercial proposition, with a right first-time approach, that ensures we are delivering for the consumer, customer and Bacardi – the triple win.
  • Motivating and working closely in collaboration with our markets and our agencies, to create winning plans and executions
  • Understand, monitor and benchmark or key competitions and the spirits industry, across key markets, to ensure patron maintains and enhances its competitive edge vs key agave competitors
  • Expectation to travel 25-30% of time to be close to the hacienda, our market teams and consumers in key Markets

KEY SKILLS

  • Minimum 10 Years of experience in luxury and/or super premium spirits environment.
  • Strong Marketing experience with strong consumer understanding and brand building skills.
  • Strong insight generation and understanding skills
  • Experience in Unlocking growth through innovation creating consumer centric innovation
  • Excellence in Innovation commercialisation, and Launch
  • Strong project management skills, within often ambiguous and fast-tracked timelines

Our Global headquarters is based in Bermuda. Our Regional headquarters are Amsterdam for Europe & Latin America & the Caribbean; Dubai for Asia, Middle East & Africa and Coral Gables for North America. For Global Marketing, our teams are based in London, UK. In addition, we have offices, distilleries, production sites and brand homes around the world.

The first step is submitting your application which will be reviewed by our Hiring Team. The timing of the interview process will vary and our focus will be on ensuring that the key stakeholders get to know you and that you get to know us. You will be expected to do a face-to-face interview in person or over video call in some cases, at least once, during the hiring process.
