Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to UK Supply-based Primos on all local HR policy matters, and act as a trusted partner for more complex HR matters for specific teams.
- Act as the primary interface between local HR and global HR Shared Services, taking ownership of all People data (Workday) and the full benefits program.
- Champion and drive our unique culture, promoting best-practice ways of working and resolving people-related conflicts and issues.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, enlivening our core cultural pillars and Belonging@Bacardi across all UK sites.
- Own UK people data across multiple sites in Workday; provide analysis and reporting to ensure effective insights.
- Support local and global benefits program administration (pension, healthcare, wellness, bonus, salary increases).
- Provide support to the HR Business Partners and UK HR Lead in all HR administration and employee relations activities.
- Assist with monthly payroll execution and coordinate PSA submission to HMRC.
- Support the talent acquisition process for both local and global UK roles, managing the full process from advert to hire and onboarding.
- Offer detailed, complex HR business partner support to specific teams as part of the HRBP team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, HR or related field preferred.
- 2+ years experience in a Human Resources/Benefits function.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with individuals at all levels in the organization.
- Strong organisational abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
- Financial or budget management skills a plus.
- Independent thinker, strong business savvy and sound judgement to make independent decisions.
- Aptitude in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with ability to create professional presentations.
- Strong analytic skills with ability to pull and synthesize data into meaningful summaries.
