RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and delivery of the operations plan to ensure that spirit supply is in line with customer demand
- Logistics management of inbound and materials in line with the Operations plan
- Ensure that the distillation operation and site meet EHS standards and local regulatory requirements
- Accurately draw samples for Customs & Excise
- Identify maintenance requirements and potential plant failures
- Ensure the quality system is maintained to deliver finished gin standards in addition to compliance of GQM and ISO standards
- Champion continuous improvements, optimize global BOS and lean manufacturing process tools
- Develop and deliver continuous improvement plans that will deliver best practice performance across our processes, equipment and systems
- Build HSE and continuous improvement aligned to Bacardi standards across the site
- Identify ways of continuous improvement
