The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

You will play a crucial role in working with the European Below The Line Program Manager and external agencies to develop game-changing customer marketing programs and activities to deliver brand growth within the UK On Trade.

You will be an integral member of the customer account team within a defined sector of the UK On Trade. You will be responsible for translating the UK brand strategy into customer-facing solutions and managing investment to maximise return.

Operating at pace, being able to multi skill effectively and being at ease leading projects are all essential skills needed to excel within this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES – WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Building long-term relationships with key strategic customers, internally and externally

Responsible for executing the On Trade customer marketing strategy for a market leading brand

Consulting & communicating with key local stakeholders on brand/category level plans & activities

Supporting development and localisation of below the line activation toolkits and produce materials and services including point of sale material relevant for the UK market

Below the line agency management & briefing responsibility

Manages local market A&P budget for respective brand and function (Customer Marketing only).

SKILLS – THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

Either of the following: Minimum 2 years relevant experience (brand management, customer marketing, agency side) or Minimum 3 years commercial experience (Regional or National accounts in On or Off Trade)

Proficiency in English

Experience of working in UK On Trade – preferred but not essential

Experienced in working with and influencing stakeholders to develop and implement clear agendas and longer-term execution plans.

Experience in balancing long and short-term priorities to create efficiencies

Comprehension of competitive market for brand and category. Comfortable interpreting data to develop initiatives to grow the brand in line with company values

Experience of managing a budget
