Brand Home Hosts are at the frontline of our Brand Homes, welcoming guests and delivering exceptional Customer Service.
You will be trained in all areas of the Brand Home, including delivering tours, making cocktails at the bar, preparing food and drinks in the cafe, and hosting Gin Cocktail Masterclasses and Premium Experiences. You will also perform daily tasks such as cleaning and restocking.
Weekend work is essential. Additionally, our thriving Events business requires your skills to help run and facilitate events, which may be booked on any day and include late nights.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service, always putting the consumer at the heart of all actions.
- Bar & Gin Expert Responsibilities:
- Making and serving cocktails.
- Hosting Gin Cocktail Masterclasses and Premium Experiences.
- Serving guests in the Gin Shop.
- Managing consumer master classes.
- Tours:
- Delivering tour experiences.
- Welcoming guests into reception.
- Communicating brand messaging clearly.
- Working in the café – preparing and serving food and drinks.
- Additional duties:
- Packing for e-commerce.
- Setting up and breaking down for events.
- Replenishing stock.
- Cash handling.
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Flexibility to shift between tasks as needed.
SKILLS
- Exceptional customer service skills, even under pressure.
- Experience in a busy, physically demanding role.
- Ability to develop and share product knowledge.
- Experience in bar, café, or tours is desirable but not essential.
