Brand Home Hosts are at the forefront of our Brand Homes, welcoming guests and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be trained in various areas including delivering tours, making cocktails at the bar, preparing food and drinks in the café, and hosting gin cocktail masterclasses and premium experiences. Daily tasks also include cleaning and restocking areas. Weekend work is essential, and involvement in our thriving events business may require assisting in running and facilitating events, which can be booked on any day and may include late nights.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service, always putting the consumer at the heart of everything.
- Serve as a bar and gin expert, making and serving cocktails.
- Host gin cocktail masterclasses and premium experiences.
- Serve guests in the gin shop.
- Manage turnaround of masterclasses.
- Deliver tour experiences, welcoming guests and communicating brand messaging clearly.
- Assist in café duties—preparing and serving food and drinks.
- Support other tasks such as packing for e-commerce, setting up/breaking down for events, replenishing stock, cash handling, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain flexibility to shift between tasks based on business needs.
SKILLS
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service under pressure.
- Experience in busy, physically demanding roles is preferred.
- Ability to develop and share product knowledge.
- Experience in bar, café, or tours is desirable but not essential.
