YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As Finance Director GTR you will play a critical role in leading this Must Win business to long-term success. Acting as a partner to the Managing Director and a key member of the GTR Global Leadership Team you will drive the right strategic and short-term decisions, leveraging data‑led insights. You will lead a high performing team of Finance primos to deliver exceptional outcomes for the business, developing talent and building the capabilities needed for the future. You will have overall accountability for the GTR P&L, ensuring accurate and complete accounting and reporting of performance throughout the year and leading relationships with Global Finance Stakeholders.

You must be a self‑starter, fearless to influence decision making and drive capability across GTR, mixing detail & the bigger picture to drive growth in line with strategy. You must demonstrate a Founder’s mentality, taking ownership for the P&L & KPIs to help GTR beat dynamic plan and grow market share. As a leader within the diverse GTR Finance Family you will consistently drive high performance with your team, and be comfortable influencing & communicating across the matrix at all levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the GTR Managing Director and GTR LT in developing and executing strategies to win in the dynamic and competitive GTR landscape.
- Challenge GTR Leadership to continuously improve decision making towards better outcomes - developing tools, frameworks, M&E and analysis to provide the insights where and when they can have the greatest impact.
- Support the development of improved GTR operating models, organising the business for success and ensuring resources and capabilities are allocated in the right areas.
- Own consolidation of GTR Mid‑term & Long‑term Best10 & Beyond financial plans, & tracking of delivery against plans via relevant dashboards and KPIs.
- Lead Financial communication within GTR as well as the wider business.
- Leverage your experience and your internal networks to build support for GTR globally and to effectively influence decision making.
- Drive Results and Excellence in Execution
- Lead development of all GTR financial plans in line with strategy and with optimised resource allocation, to deliver profitable, market beating, growth.
- Develop and lead the GTR performance management approach including a cadence of regular business reviews, enabling efficient & effective processes.
- Drive pro‑active scenario modelling and simulations in order to ensure agile risk mitigation and the capturing of new growth opportunities.
- Build a deep understanding of performance drivers & KPIs with respect to full P&L, depletions, working capital etc.
- Own GTR financial management information, driving insight to action, & leveraging global available best practices.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to integrate key processes with financial planning & reporting (e.g. S&OP, IAP).
- Ensure adequacy of controls, strong stewardship tone from the top and compliance.
- Ensure audits are fully supported and action plans are addressed.
- Coordinate with Tax, Treasury and CAA teams as necessary.
- Ensure accurate and complete accounting, and full compliance to internal reporting requirements.

- Lead a global team of Finance Primos, organising for success and supporting their continuous development.
