YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This is a high-impact, globally visible role at the heart of GTR, designed to shape brand performance and optimise how we invest in marketing to drive commercial outcomes. As Brand Performance Finance Analyst, you will act as a finance partner to Central Marketing, supporting brand and investment decisions through performance analysis, insight, and clear linkage to P&L delivery. You will play a key role in driving visibility and performance of brand investments across GTR, ensuring A&P spend is effectively deployed to support delivery of our Big Bets and Best10 ambition. Alongside this, you will act as the finance lead for Central Marketing A&P, and own the transactional governance of A&P across GTR regions, ensuring robust control, consistency, and transparency, while Regional Finance Leads retain ownership of local planning and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- CENTRAL MARKETING A&P LEADERSHIP & GLOBAL GOVERNANCE
- Act as the finance lead for Central Marketing A&P within GTR, whilst leading the transactional governance of A&P across GTR regions, coordinating with Regional Finance teams.
- Lead end-to-end A&P planning, tracking, and performance management of Central Marketing A&P, ensuring spend is optimised against strategic priorities.
- Establish and maintain a consistent global framework for A&P governance, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and reporting, working closely with Regional Finance Leads.
- Drive financial discipline and accountability across regions, challenging investment decisions to maximise ROI and value creation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of A&P spend, including correct coding, accruals, and alignment with Bacardi policies.
- MARKETING & BRAND DECISION SUPPORT
- Partner with the Global Marketing Director and Regional Marketing teams to shape brand strategies and optimise resource allocation.
- Provide forward-looking insights on A&P effectiveness, linking investment decisions to commercial outcomes.
- Act as Finance Lead for Measurement & Evaluation (M&E) agenda across GTR, embedding a data-driven approach to marketing effectiveness.
- Challenge and influence marketing plans to ensure optimal balance between brand building and commercial delivery.
- Support development and financial evaluation of innovation pipelines and brand initiatives.
- PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & STRATEGIC PLANNING
- Track and analyse global brand performance across regions, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance delivery.
- Support GTR strategic planning, IAP, and annual budgeting processes.
- Develop clear and actionable performance insights at brand, region, and customer level.
- Ensure alignment between A&P investment and P&L delivery.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
- Strong understanding of P&L dynamics and ability to link marketing investment to financial outcomes.
- Advanced analytical and modelling skills.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions is a plus.
