HRIS Manager specialized in Workday (Advanced) Compensation
Join our team as an HRIS Manager specializing in Workday (Advanced) Compensation at Bacardi .
This role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of compensation processes within Workday, working closely with Compensation & Benefits, HR, Finance, and TECH teams to ensure alignment with business needs, data privacy, and security standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage global C&B HR technology processes, including Workday Compensation Review, incentive plans, and benefits administration.
- Support system integrations and data security initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centered solutions.
- Oversee project delivery from analysis to deployment.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and compliant.
- Use data analytics for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and documentation for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on HR technology trends and propose enhancements.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field.
- 5+ years in HRIS roles with expertise in Workday Compensation and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Compensation Review process.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with system integrations, preferably involving Workday.
- Fluent in English.
