YOUR OPPORTUNITY
A great opportunity to be part of the Global Travel Retail marketing team as a Brand Manager on Dewar\’s. A key strategic priority within the business, and fundamental to the success of GTR. You\’ll be leading the brand from a Global perspective within the channel, having the chance to make a real impact and see the brand come to life in our key markets. You\’ll be based in London (Spitalfields) and will be expected to travel on occasion.
About You
You\’re a natural communicator, who can effectively multi-task and navigate complexity with ease. You rise to a challenge with a can-do attitude and really champion our \’FAMILY\’ culture pillar; being a real team player who works collaboratively with all teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES – WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Lead FY27\’s IAP development for Dewar\’s + work cross-functionally to monitor FY26\’s execution.
- Support the development + execution of the 3-year innovation pipeline for Dewar\’s; in partnership with the Global team.
- Develop compelling activation toolkits that translate Global campaigns/launches into high quality executional activations in GTR.
- Partners with Customer Marketing + Commercial teams to assist in planning and delivering their activities with key customers.
- Helps support the Revenue Growth Management agenda for Dewar\’s.
- Monthly brand performance analysis – knowing the drivers + drags of performance and putting action plans in place where needed.
- Maximises the value generated in GTR and leverages the Picture of Success initiative to deliver measurable improvements in the quality of execution, P&L performance uplifts and positive ROI.
- A&P budget management – builds and manages spend vs. plan to ensure budgets are appropriate and sufficient to deliver strategic goals.
SKILLS – THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing (Category Management, Consumer Marketing, Purchaser/Shopper Marketing and/or Product Innovation).
- Campaign management (from briefing through to execution); being able to manage external agency relationships with ease.
- Leading Innovation launches (build of P&L\’s for each gate, working with Global on product development, building sell-in decks).
- Strong commercial acumen (numerical/analytical skills); with a full understanding of the P&L.
- Good creative eye & attention to detail – being able to deliver high quality toolkits for our Customer Marketing teams to implement within their markets.
- Digital marketing/E-comm experience.
- Very strong communicator – being able to manage key stakeholders across different regions/functions both within & outside of GTR.
- Proficiency in English language skills.
- Having worked across international markets is an advantage.
