Role Description
Babyzone Swansea Volunteers support the day-to-day running of the Babyzone hub in Swansea, welcoming families with children under five into a safe, inclusive, and engaging space. This on-site role involves helping to set up and tidy activity areas, assisting with play and learning sessions, and ensuring resources are available and accessible. Volunteers greet families, provide basic information about hub services, and signpost them to relevant health, early learning, or parenting support. They may help collect feedback, support events and workshops, and work closely with staff and partners to maintain a positive environment. The role includes collaborating with the team, following safeguarding and health and safety procedures, and contributing to a culture of respect, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
